Story so far...

Once, there was a curious and creative little kid who loved getting her hands dirty– dabbling in paints and playing in the mud. She was often found lost in her thoughts with a sketchbook in her hand and her four-legged best friend by her side.

As she grew older, so did her passion for capturing life’s fleeting moments through painting and sketching. In her boarding school in Dehradun, she was the only science student who chose art as one of her main subjects, unable to imagine life without it.

During her Architecture studies in Bangalore, she discovered happiness in designing and creating spaces. It was a different kind of art, but art nonetheless, and so she decided to pursue this passion while juggling her career both as an architect and an artist.

A wayfarer at heart, she spent the rest of her time exploring mountains and valleys, gallivanting through old city streets, and drawing inspiration from her travels. Her curiosity and love for learning led her to the world of pottery and natural building. Through both, she experienced the beauty and magic of mud.

Megha calls her art ‘Kathanika’ or ‘कथनिक’, a Sanskrit word for storyteller. Through her art, she aspires to share her journey and experiences, tales of love, innocence, simplicity, the magnificence of nature, and the inspiring souls she encounters along the way.

The world we inhabit is woven with countless stories, and this is just the beginning of one such story, because there is still a curious and creative little kid who loves dabbling in paints and playing in the mud.
